🚚 Pickup & Packaging

Pickup Timeline
Once your request is approved, our courier partner will pick up the item within 2–3 working days.
If the pickup does not happen within this time, please contact us and we will escalate the issue immediately.

Packaging Instructions

• Please return the product in its original delivery bag, or use a clean polybag if the original is unavailable.

• Ensure all components of the product are included in the return package.

🔍 Product Condition

We can only accept returns if:

• The product is in its original, unused condition

• All parts and accessories are intact
  Returns with missing items or used/damaged products will not be eligible for a refund.

🚫 Note on Sale Items

Please note that articles purchased during special sale events, promotional periods, or clearance sales are not eligible for return or exchange. These items are considered final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged under any circumstances. We encourage you to review product details carefully before purchasing during such events.

🔁 Exchange Limitations

Please note:
After one exchange has been completed for a product, no further returns or exchanges will be accepted for that same item.

💸 Refunds

Refunds are initiated within 1–2 business days after we receive and inspect your return.

For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we’ll process your refund to your preferred payment method after confirming the return.
